  • DAY 2 - BREATHE: Dive into the fundamentals of Spirit Breathwork. Experience the magic of holding space in a guided Spirit Breathwork session. Discover the power of breath and sound.
  • DAYS 3 - PRACTICE: Apply your learnings by facilitating your first 1:1 Spirit Breathwork Session. Celebrate your growth with music, dance, and the grandeur of a fire ceremony.
  • DAY 4 - INTEGRATION: Learn to be a Spirit Breathworker in the real world. Gain insights into business practices, legal requirements, and the art of streamlining your processes. We conclude with a powerful closing ceremony.
