Shipping Policy
- Digital Products: All of our courses, trainings, and programs are delivered digitally. Once payment has been received, you will gain access to your purchase via email and/or our learning platform. No physical shipping is required.
- Please ensure your email address and delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. Spirit Breathwork is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.
- Spirit Shop orders are processed every Tuesday – please allow 4 working days for your order to arrive
Refund Policy
- Events, Workshops & Retreats: All sales are final. We have a strict no refund policy for all ticketed events, retreats, and workshops. This includes circumstances such as change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal situations. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in writing prior to the event.
- Online Courses & Digital Programs: Due to the instant access and digital nature of our offerings, refunds are not available once access has been granted.
- Cacao & Merchandise: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for consumable products (such as cacao) due to health and safety regulations. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if items are damaged or faulty upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence if this occurs.
Cancellations by Spirit Breathwork
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event, retreat, or program, you will be offered:
- A transfer to a new date, OR
- A full refund of your ticket purchase.
