SPIRIT BREATHWORK

Daniel Pauro

AUSTRALIAN LEADER IN THE BREATHWORK COMMUNITY

Daniel Pauro is a facilitator, musician and the Founder of Spirit Breathwork - a practice dedicated to helping people reconnect to self through the pillars of Community, Connection, and Culture.

Having grown up in New Zealand and Western Australia, Dan now calls the Sunshine Coast home, where he lives with his wife and four daughters.

Daniel Pauro teaches and guides Transformational Breathwork - a conscious, connected breathing practice that supports healing, release and reconnection to self.

Dan is also a Sound Healer - his sessions integrate acoustic therapy and sound frequency creating immersive experiences that open the heart and expand awareness.

By mimicking the sounds of nature and incorporating Taonga Pūoro - traditional Māori instruments - each sound is carefully layered with hidden frequencies that emanate powerful restorative properties. The result is a sound theatre like no other, guiding you into an altered state of consciousness and back into connection with self.

Dan facilitates Spirit Breathwork Trainings, Events and Retreats, and is deeply immersed in guiding others to live from the heart and share their gifts with passion.

This path wasn’t one he chose lightly - it’s been shaped through years of devotion, surrender, and trust, learning to listen beyond what can be seen. Breathwork found Dan at a time he needed it most, becoming both his healing and his calling.

At the heart of his mission is a simple truth:
to remind people of their power - to help others move through pain, reconnect with purpose, and live with greater depth, integrity, and freedom.

Through Spirit Breathwork gatherings across Australia and beyond, Dan continues to share this medicine of breath - a bridge between spirit and body, sound and silence, self and source.
